Our mission
To recycle recoverable material rather than landfill it, connecting supply wherever it is based with the right recycling partner, handled responsibly and sustainably.
Auckland HQ · Operating across NZ & Australia
We recycle stock lot paper, wastepaper, printed and food packaging stock, and obsolete stock of all kinds, keeping recoverable material out of landfill.
Who We Are
SetuGreen is an Auckland-headquartered brokerage connecting businesses in New Zealand and Australia with licensed recycling partners overseas.
We do not operate a processing plant. We source, assess, and move material that would otherwise go to landfill, so it can be recycled through verified, licensed partners at its destination.
Start a direct conversationTo recycle recoverable material rather than landfill it, connecting supply wherever it is based with the right recycling partner, handled responsibly and sustainably.
We work directly with waste collectors, manufacturers, and packaging companies to understand what they cannot recycle locally, then match it to a partner who can.
We keep this personal. Every enquiry is a direct conversation with our team, not a call centre.
Why It Matters
Most material sent to landfill never had to be. Packaging is the single largest source of plastic waste, while paper and cardboard remain among the largest categories of packaging waste, including misprinted, dead, and obsolete stock that never reached a shelf.
Rigid PVC, flexible packaging film, and stock lot paper all share the same issue: recoverable material, but no easy local outlet. SetuGreen moves it to a licensed recycling partner instead.
Our Services
Select a service to see how we work.
We work with collectors, manufacturers, and packaging companies across New Zealand and Australia to identify material currently going to landfill.
We recycle stock lot paper, waste paper, and obsolete or dead stock from businesses such as food packaging companies, working with our recycling partner instead of landfill.
We manage freight, documentation, and compliance, including export permits and Basel Convention requirements, so material reaches a licensed recycler.
Our focus is material with no local recycling outlet, connecting it to suitable overseas recycling capacity instead.
Material is recycled only through verified, licensed partners at the destination.
